Unfortunately, I believe you have received a fake bag recently. We have stopped all Troop Aid charity bags distribution since the 23rd of April as part of COVID-19 lockdown. Our original bag should be the same as the picture stated above.

I had a Troop Aid bag delivered asking for clothes but missed the collection day so had to ring Troop Aid to arrange a collection and was advised by Pam Sutton I had a SCAMBAG so was happy I had checked with her on what to do.
I can now arrange to take my bag of good clothes to the collection point in Shirley and am so glad I did ring her to check otherwise someone who is not a good person would have had my donation instead.

Hi, thank you for your enquiry! Your Donation ltd is collecting and selling donations on behalf of the charity. Clothing is sold worldwide to raise funds for the charity, however money stays here in the UK. Charity receives 82% of revenue, the rest of money is used to cover the collection costs.
