We work closely with the police to protect donations from theft and bogus collections. While there have been some negative stories, incidents tend to be isolated. So please do keep donating, our partner charities need you! If you’re really worried, why not get in touch with us on the day prior to collection, by phone or email? That way, our driver can grab your bag from a pre-arranged area, behind a bin or hedge, for example – or even knock on your door to pick it up.
